ペンシルベニア州ピッツバーグ、2022年4月13日 - Ansys( https://www.ansys.com )(NASDAQ:ANSS)はクラウドシミュレーションを提供するOnScale社( https://onscale.com/ )を買収する正式契約を締結したことを本日発表しました。今回の取得される技術は、Ansysの既存のクラウドポートフォリオに統合されることにより、クラウドネイティブでウェブベースのユーザーインターフェース(UI)が提供され、Ansysの幅広いシミュレーション技術にデバイスを問わずにアクセスできるようになります。契約詳細は非公開です。この買収によるAnsysの2022年度連結決算に対する影響は軽微である見込みです。
