ZoomおよびMicrosoft Teamsとのシームレスな統合により、お客様はVeeva CRM Engage Meetingの革新的な機能をさまざまなプラットフォームで利用できるようになります。さらに、リモートサンプリング機能を使用することで、医療従事者からのサンプルリクエストを受け付ける、リモート問い合わせ管理機能を使用してコンプライアンスを遵守しながら医療従事者からの問い合わせに対応する、リモート同意管理機能を使用して医療従事者が希望する情報提供チャネルの承諾をリモートで得る、といったことも可能になります。
Veeva CRM Engage Meetingは、医療従事者とのオンラインミーティングをコンプライアンスを遵守したうえで容易に行えるようにします。新型コロナウイルス感染症の世界的流行により訪問や面会が制限される中でも、ライフサイエンス企業が医療従事者とのつながりを保つことができるよう、このアプリケーションは2020年12月まで無料で提供されます。ZoomおよびMicrosoft Teamsとの統合は2021年1月に提供開始の予定です。
