新型レーザー加工機導入のお知らせ

精密ガラス加工を手がける株式会社ミトリカ（本社：茨城県水戸市、代表取締役社長：平沼 博）は、このたび百合ヶ丘工場に、澁谷工業製の新型レーザー加工機を導入いたしました。

近年、理化学、医療、半導体製造分野において高精度化が進む中、当社では生産体制の強化と技術力のさらなる向上を目的として、本設備の導入を決定したものです。

今回導入したレーザー加工機により、生産性の向上に加え、より高度な加工技術への対応が可能となります。具体的には、石英ガラスの切断（カット）、型抜き、孔加工（穴あけ）、マーキング（刻印）などの加工が可能で、孔径は最小φ0.1mmの微細孔加工にも対応いたします。

As demand for higher precision continues to grow in the fields of scientific research, medical technology, and semiconductor manufacturing, the new equipment has been introduced to further strengthen the company’s production system and enhance its technical capabilities.

The newly installed laser machine is expected to improve productivity and enable more advanced processing techniques. It supports cutting, die cutting, hole drilling, and laser marking, and is capable of ultra-fine hole processing with diameters as small as φ0.1 mm.
