Tcab Explorer、AIエージェント経由のレンタカー予約（沖縄、福岡）に対応

背景
旅行計画や比較検討をAIチャットやエージェントに委ねる利用者が増える一方、レンタカー予約は在庫・料金・運転資格・決済といった条件が絡み、エージェントが誤った手順を前提にすると予約が成立しません。Tcabは、公開Web上の機械可読な契約（llms.txt）と、顧客セッション上の Tcab Explorer（Web／iOS／Android）を組み合わせることで、エージェントが正しい予約経路を辿れるようにしました。

Background

The agent or traveler confirms station, dates, and vehicle class (the latest inventory and prices in Explorer are the source of truth)
