HIROSHIMA, Japan, 15 of December 2014－KAMBARA LOGISTICS Co., Ltd. (Head office: 1083 Tsuneishi, Numakuma-cho, Fukuyama city, Hiroshima; President: Yuji Miyazaki) will establish KAMBARA TUG AND MARINE SERVICES Co., Ltd. as a new company on 5 January 2015 via the incorporation-type company split system. Through the incorporation-type company split, the rights associated with the shipping department of KAMBARA LOGISTICS Co., Ltd. will be transferred to the new company, management efficiency will be improved, and we aim to create a functional organization where apt decisions can be made even faster.
