(C&R Technologies社)を買収する正式契約を締結したことを発表しました。同社製品がAnsysの既存ポートフォリオに統合されれば、AnsysのA&DおよびNewSpaceにおけるシミュレーションソリューションの業界リーダーとしての地位はより強化されることになります。この買収によるAnsysの2022年度連結財務諸表への影響は軽微です。
